Nick Hart is the Principal Lawyer at Hart Law Group.

He was admitted in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2008. He has extensive experience providing legal advice on all types of personal injury matters, commercial litigation, family law, criminal and traffic offences. He has previously acted for both plaintiffs and defendants at large national and international law firms in Australia.

​He previously headed the Institutional Abuse Law and Dust Disease practices at large national plaintiff firms. He has spearheaded large scale litigation and run matters in most Australian jurisdictions has represented individuals from all backgrounds in addition to large insurance and other significant companies. 

More recently, he represented members of the stolen generation in the Northern Territory pursuing claims against the Commonwealth of Australia and the Catholic Church that operated a mission on the Tiwi islands where they were forcibly placed and abused.
