Nick Hart is the Principal Lawyer at Hart Law Group.
He was admitted in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2008. He has extensive experience providing legal advice on all types of personal injury matters, commercial litigation, family law, criminal and traffic offences. He has previously acted for both plaintiffs and defendants at large national and international law firms in Australia.
He previously headed the Institutional Abuse Law and Dust Disease practices at large national plaintiff firms. He has spearheaded large scale litigation and run matters in most Australian jurisdictions has represented individuals from all backgrounds in addition to large insurance and other significant companies.
More recently, he represented members of the stolen generation in the Northern Territory pursuing claims against the Commonwealth of Australia and the Catholic Church that operated a mission on the Tiwi islands where they were forcibly placed and abused.
Nick can provide you with a great level of representation and honest advice with a good understanding of your personal circumstances.
Nick grew up in the United Kingdom before moving to the Gold Coast in December 2000. Nick is a strong advocate for child protection and mental health. As such, Hart Law Group is the proud sponsor of a number of charities and has partnered with Assistance Dogs Australia as its charity of choice.

With a strong educational foundation and a commitment to excellence. Denniz brings a diverse range of skills and experiences to his role as a lawyer.
Denniz earned a Bachelor of Laws degree from Griffith University and later completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law. Having been admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2023, Denniz embarks on his journey as a legal practitioner with enthusiasm and dedication. Denniz is deeply involved in various aspects of the practice, contributing to business development and providing legal expertise across the firm’s diverse areas of practice.
Outside of law, Denniz is a passionate athlete, recognizing the importance of maintaining a balanced and healthy lifestyle. In his commitment to giving back to the community, Denniz actively participates in community-based charity efforts, focusing on initiatives aimed at providing food for the less fortunate. Denniz is fluent in multiple languages, including Turkish, English, and Arabic. This allows him to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients and colleagues, fostering a deeper understanding of their needs and concerns.
